Gemba Tools exists to make Continuous Improvement feel structured, simple, and professional for anyone running workshops.
 

We’re a small team of UK‑based CI specialists and Lean Six Sigma practitioners who still work inside real organisations. We built tools like Gemba Box to solve our own day‑to‑day facilitation problems, and now we make them available to others who care about doing CI well.
