From “nothing ready” to “workshop set” in minutes.

Gemba Box brings structure to your prep, your room, and your message.

Step 1 –
Grab the box

Pull the Gemba Box from under your desk, meeting room cabinet or car boot. Everything you need is already inside – markers, notes, tape, tools.

Step 2 –
Set up the room

In a few minutes you can:

  • Lay out markers and notes on tables

  • Tape up flipchart sheets

  • Mark key areas in the room (parking lot, metrics board, idea wall)

Step 3 –
Use the box to teach 5S

Before you start the content, show the box to the group:

  • Sorted items

  • Clear locations

  • Easy checks for missing tools

It’s a live example of workplace organisation, not just a slide.

Step 4 –
Reset and restock

At the end of the session, run a quick visual check. Empty foam spaces show what’s missing. Low stock on notes or markers tells you it’s time to reorder before the next workshop.

Not just a stationery bundle.

  • Little or no link to CI / 5S

  • Often aimed at visual facilitation or general training

GEMBA BOX

  • Built specifically for CI and Lean workshops

  • Layout teaches 5S, poka‑yoke, and Kanban by example

  • Designed by practising CI specialists, not a general office supplier
